About The I Am Enough Institute
We are a multi-service based female empowerment personal development educational agency. Our staff includes a multicultural team of dedicated and highly experienced women with varied personal and career backgrounds ready to provide their wealth of knowledge and expertise in empowering, teaching and helping women confidently know that they are enough while living whole and outrageously well.
Our passion and ultimate intention is to ignite a spirit and knowing of "I Am Enough" within all women that will empower, inspire, and validate them on their journey to rediscovering their true authentic selves. Through a wealth of exciting services, programs, resources, and venues, women will have access to rich transformational information and passionate successful leaders that will assist them in remembering who they are and how to live fully and purposefully on their own terms. In addition, women who participate in our Institute will learn, grow, network, and connect to other like-minded women around the world creating a global sisterhood and female empowerment movement like never before.
The Team

For the past 15 years, Dr. Jackson has worked in mental health, Christian higher education, personal/professional coaching, and organizational consultation and leadership. She has participated as an advisory member for one of the largest Christian movements called Daughters of The King (the women’s division of Promise Keepers). As a frequent guest speaker at women’s retreats, Dr. Jackson has a passion to empower women mentally, emotional, and spiritually to know and understand their divine nature as a woman as well as her power to heal and transform her life, family, community, and world.
While at Cal Poly Pomona University as a Faculty Counselor and Wellness Coordinator in the Counseling and Psychological Services Department, Dr. Jackson was deemed the Oprah Winfrey of Cal Poly. With an infectious smile and sense of humor, Dr. Jackson provided numerous workshops on topics that empowered students, faculty and staff members alike to make a conscious decision to live intentionally, authentically and outrageously well every day.
Prior to leaving Cal Poly Pomona, Dr. Jackson provided a workshop on female empowerment that literally ignited an overwhelming response in both women and men. With her passion for wellness, wholeness, authentic relationships and personal growth and development, it was only natural and a matter of time that she would eventually start her own agency and begin offering services and programs that are life-changing.
Dr. Jackson’s passion and ultimate intention is to ignite a spiritual knowing of “I Am Enough” within all women that will empower, inspire, and validate them on their journey to rediscovering their true authentic selves. Through a wealth of exciting services, programs, resources, and venues, women will have access to rich transformational information and leaders that will assist them in remembering who they are and how to live fully and purposefully on their own terms. Dr. Jackson has committed her heart and soul to helping women boldly and loudly proclaim, "I Am Enough."

Bridgette J. Picou

Bridgette Picou is an entrepreneur and small business owner. As a parent and working mom, she knows both the value of, and how difficult it can be to juggle home and career and still feel like you are not doing enough. She has worked for some of the top leading telecommunications companies in the world, including AT&T and Verizon, and held coaching positions at both. Bridgette has also spoken at several women's events and is beginning her own journey to becoming a life coach. These combined skills have given her the tools necessary to get to heart of all of your customer service needs and provide quick workable solutions.
Bridgette's belief is that, "Women can change the world, we just need to take that step. By helping women stand in their own power, faith, and belief that they are enough, we can do it through The I Am Enough Institute."
